We will refund or reprint your order free of charge in the following cases:

What should you do?

If you received the wrong item/damaged item, please send us a photo of the item you received.
Once we have completed the evaluation, the refund request will be processed within 1-3 working days. If our team approves the request, the refund is expected to arrive within 2-3 working days days.

Returns

If the item you received is wrong or defective, you do not need to return it to us. In this case, we always agree to refund you. Expected delivery within 2-3 business days.

Please note: We do not offer refunds, reprints or returns in the following cases:

Your order was not delivered due to factors within your control (i.e. wrong delivery address provided, not home to receive delivery, not picking up package as requested); and
Your order was not shipped due to special circumstances beyond our store's control (i.e. not clearing customs in your country, delays due to natural disasters, showing "delivered" in tracking system, sent to your email but lost).

After purchase, customers can request a cancellation within 24 hours.

Please note that cancellations will be subject to administrative, processing and transaction fees (10% of the total order value).

We do not offer size exchanges/returns unless the item is the wrong size due to our fault. For other reasons, such as printing issues, we will resolve it for you.
